Education

Dr. Goel completed an accelerated 6-year BA-MD program, allowing him to bypass two years of college. He received his BA from Lehigh University and earned his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now Drexel University College of Medicine).

Following medical school, he completed a Medicine Internship at the Medical College of Pennsylvania Hospital, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) in Baltimore.

Dr. Goel is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has performed thousands of successful vision correction procedures since 1997. His extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of ophthalmic treatments, including LASIK, SMILE, PRK, cataract surgery, intraocular lenses, and implantable collamer lenses.
